What is the privacy policy?

All the information you give us by filling the booking form will be kept and not shared with any other company or 3rd person. We may use your email address for our email marketing to keep you updated about our changes, new tours and excursions and price offers.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation of a booking is available 1 day before the tour day.

What if the cancellation made by the organizer?

In the event that the organizer is obliged to cancel or to modify all or part of the planned program, either because it does not bring together a sufficient number of participants, for foreign reasons at will or for reasons related to the safety of the client; The client will be fully reimbursed.

What if the cancellation made by the client?

If the client cancels, cancellation fees are assessed as a percentage of the total tour price. Notification of cancellations must be in writing. Free cancellation (full refund) up to 24 hours before activity or tour starts otherwise a 50% cancellation fee apply of total tour price.

Can i customize my private tour?

Yes you can, just drop us an email or call us directly and our team will assist you with your special requests.

Which currency is most widely accepted for payment?

The most currencies widely accepted are : DIRHAM (MAD), EURO & DOLLAR (USD)

I'm a solo traveller, is there a single supplement?

Is It Possible To Book Without Bank Transfer?

Yes. Bank transfer is not required to make a reservation. Below are the booking steps :
– Fill in the reservation form on our website.
– You will receive a reply by e-mail within a deadline that does not exceed 24 hours

Indicating our availabilities and best offers.
– You can subsequently confirm or even negotiate the offer by exchange of mail.
– After agreement and final confirmation you can pay in one of our offices upon your arrival.

Can I Cancel Or Change My Booking?

– Yes, it’s simple. You can cancel or modify your booking via our online support service on our website.
– You can also drop us an email or call us directly by phone and we will process your request.

What should i bring with me?

Feel free to bring with you a camera and a small bottle of water. When it’s really hot out, we recommend an application of sunscreen on exposed parts of the body and a lightweight pair of sunglasses and/or hat. During the cooler seasons it’s important to wear and an extra layer of clothing and consider bringing gloves, once the sun goes down the temperature can drop considerably. If it looks like rain please be prepared with a rain jacket and/or umbrella.

Can I Negotiate The Price?

Yes, before booking we offer you the possibility to negotiate the price of our offers and for this you can first fill out the reservation form and exchange emails with our reservation service.

Is there any travel insurgence?

Marrakesh Authentic Discovery Guided tours & activities do not include the cost of travel insurance. you should have a valid travel insurance cover for the full duration of your Odyssey tour up to and including the date of your arrival home.

Do i need to tip?

Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory.

What do we do in case of bad weather?

The tours are held rain or shine. In the event of inclement weather, we will do our best to avoid exposure. Marrakech has sunshine most days of the year so this is a very limited possibility. However, we advise to check the weather conditions for your days event and dress appropriately. Also keep in mind evenings especially in winter can get quite cold, bring a sweater or jacket!

How do we make payment?

You pay us upon your arrival before the tour or activity stars

Are bathrooms available during the tour?

Yes, limited bathrooms are available during the tour however we advise our guests to not plan on availability. On the sandwich tour and evening street food tour facilities are very limited.

Do the tours come in other languages?

At this time, we do not offer guided city tours & street food tours in any other languages except English.

Are tours handicap accessible?

The medina of Marrakech is very old and full of cobblestone streets. This makes it sometimes difficult for those with limited mobility to navigate the streets. If you are unsure please consult with us beforehand so that we are best able to give you advice.

Our gourmet tours often require making several steps – up to 3 flights of stairs and doors are often not wide enough for a wheelchair.

How about Transport & Pick Up - Drop Off?

– Pick up & drop off from/at any accommodation in town or a closest meeting point that is accessible by vehicle.
– Transport by a modern & an air-conditioned vehicle with Wifi available.
– We can set up a meeting point in Jemee el-Fna square especially for guided city tours & food street tours in Marrakech Medina.

What if we lost Luggage / Passengers Property

We will not be responsible for loss or damage of personal property. Any lost property articles, except those of a perishable nature, will be taken to Gardiners NMC shop in Ashington (please allow at least 24 hours for the items to be transported), and will be subject to the current Public Service Vehicle (Lost Property) Regulations. If you require the items to be posted there will be a minimum charge of £5.00 for Postage & Packaging. Perishable goods will be disposed of at our discretion.

Are children Allowed on tours?

Children are allowed on our tours. We would love to have them join us!
